Alison MacDonald

Alison studied Horticulture at Oatridge College and gained an HNC with distinction in 2005 & went on to achieve a Diploma in Garden Design from the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh in 2008. She has worked at Kevock Garden Plants, just outside Edinburgh for 5 years where she has gained an in-depth knowledge of plants and was involved in many planting design projects, both big and small.

Alison offers a complete planting design and horticultural consultation service in Edinburgh and Central Scotland for homeowners, landscapers, housebuilders and architects.

She is passionate about plants & has an in-depth knowledge of how to create planting plans. She will help you choose plants that will provide all year interest and which will thrive in the particular conditions and environment of your garden.
